Accreditation Pathways
Ability Training Awards offers two distinct routes to achieve centre recognition or course endorsement. We ensure every programme meets rigorous national standards for quality and compliance.
Quality Assurance Standards
Ability Training Awards maintains strict quality systems to ensure the credibility of every accredited training provider and CPD-certified course.
Trainer Competence
All recognised centres must provide documented evidence of trainer subject matter expertise, including vocational qualifications and current CPD records. Trainers are required to maintain a professional portfolio available for ATA audit at any time.
Course Registration
Accredited centres are required to register every training session via the ATA portal prior to the start date. This ensures all delivery is mapped to agreed standards and allows for unannounced quality assurance observations where required.
Assessment Returns
Following course completion, all assessment documentation, learner feedback forms, and internal moderation reports must be submitted for review. Certificates are only released once ATA is satisfied that all learning outcomes have been met and verified.
Branding Compliance
Centres must adhere to specific branding requirements regarding the use of Endorsed, Accredited, and CPD certification marks. Incorrect application of ATA branding may result in the suspension of centre status to protect regulatory integrity.
